Next R4 suggestion

My current top champs are Hercules, Doom and Nick . I can upgrade a couple of champs to R4. But I am confused to rank up champs from same class (Cosmic, Mystic and Skill) or a new champ from another class. Appreciate community's help and support. Thanks.
