**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC.     We made it to tier 3 at 2917 but lost and knock us back to tier 4 at 2890. Now sitting at tier 4 2846.

    That is because 1st poster is between 3 and 4 we are near bottom of 4 so close enough to say t4 is between 2890 and 2582 as we are opposite ends of the tier.

    It appears t3 starts at 2917 but no clue where the top end of that is.
