AI Holding specials purposely for sp3.

I know people will say this has always been a thing. But ive played now for 5 years and Ive noticed starting about 3 months ago the ai has begun holding their specials for a ridiculous amount of time. Sometimes I can literally do nothing to bait it. It goes on and on and on. It will start with them lushed against the wall and last long enough that I'm pushed against the wall and now I'm wall dexing. Now the second the hit me and get to an sp3 the AI immediately without hesitation throws the special. I believe this is a total cash grab by kabam. Along with the mountain of other issues its got me at my breaking point. For example the other day in a bg fight it took me over 60seconds to bait an sp2. I experienced longer durations in questing on the regular. Is this going to be addressed at all?
