Is todays war canceled? We placed but attack cannot start?

Were you in the game already when the clocked rolled over? May have to restart the app.

Tactic is reading as .02% power gain. If thats actually the case then this war also has to be cancelled

Yes something not right.. have refreshed many times

I had to close and reopen the game 5 times before attack phase started.
