Recruitment problem in game, auto join wrong tiers

Kabam please fix the problem that started about a month ago
As a leader I’m going insane having to manage all these low level account (under level 40) auto joining my ally who runs Map 654 in AQ and Gold2-3 in AW
It’s ridiculously tedious to boot all these accounts that should never be placed in the tier of my alliance to begin with
Today alone I had one vacancy and have booted 45 accounts in a row
