Our alliance have a bug during current aw

All of the members can go in,but then taking a message "you only allowed to patricipate in one alliance war at the time"

One more time.ALL OF THE MEMBERS cant play

Wrote to support,all of the members have a screenshots.

What can it be?

    I have the same issue for this AW. Only seems to be me in my alliance. I tried to join AW this morning, I selected my attackers and waited a few minutes but was stuck loading. I closed app and restarted and got the same message.
    I submitted a ticket. My defense is in and the attackers I selected are locked from other game modes. My attackers isn’t shown when I spectate but shows I joined in the in-game AW BG chat.
