Agent Venom vs Spot

Hello,

is there bug between Spot and Agent Venom?

I was fighting Spot boss twice in AW tier 4, defense tactic Unsteady ground and later Planetary endurance. I hit him after he used special attack to pause his spot gain and hes started to inflict ruptures on me, even tho hes was not untouchable.

Anyone else had this kind of interaction? Anyone know if its intended or bugged?

    You can see Spot is not untouch, but I still getting ruptures.

    Read his sp1 description) when Spot is immune to a buff - he inflicts rupture )boss node grants him buffs
