Summoners advancement

Recently I have noticed that the t4 class catalyst fragment crystals and fully formed crystals no longer contribute points towards summoners advancement. I currently have over 600 fragment crystals in the vault and almost 60 of the fully formed t4 catalyst crystals. In previous summoners advancement they counted and would get quite a few points towards summoner advancement now I don’t get any points.
