How does Zemo finish the fight this fast?

I have a R3 Zemo and I would love to know how he can do this kind of damage that quick.

Parry = neutralize debuff = cleansed

Do it 5 times, he's rooted

Power snack eats the armor buff, repeat, sp2 > combo > sp2 > dead

I was really skeptical Zemo can finish the fight in 42 seconds. Your explanation plus he had Suicides make sense.
