So how does this new Summoner's Market work?

Quick TL;DR for those unaware, Kabam just launched a new way of making purchases outside of the Play/Appstore. It's live on the official Playcontestofchampions website. Having flat rates for prices so that everyone is technically paying the same fee, along with increased rewards since they don't lose the 50% the storefronts take via this method. I'm just curious whether or not this'll also work for July 4th, if @Kabam Miike or some other mod could confirm those offers will be available via that store too, then that'd be dope! Win win all around I'd say. More profit for them, more rewards for us.
