I have a doubt as longshot has 300% ability accuracy does that mean he can ignore reverse controls

No. It means his abilities will trigger more often, even if his ability accuracy gets reduced by over 100% he will still have 200% left to trigger the abilities

Reverse controls is exactly as name implies.. instead of forward, it goes backwards and backwards goes forwards.. usually when in the heat of battle.. people tend to go my muscle memory and it takes a bit of practice before someone can get proficient while under effects of reverse controls. There are some champions who are immune to this.. but they aren't necessarily the favorite champion by most summoners.
