Grandmaster nexus cosmic crystal missing

I’ve bought the grandmaster crystal selector twice and there is a skill crystal under the cosmic selector. So lame because I’m look for my herc dupe.

This happens for me too - I've bought the Grandmaster's Daily Special from the Summoner's Market 3 days in a row, when the crystal selector options show up I think I'm clicking to get a Cosmic but it returns a Skill. I've been hoping to dupe some Cosmic heroes and thought I had somehow not clicked what I intended but only today realized there was a bug
