Trophy token cap

Would anyone be able to tell me what the cap on trophy tokens is? I feel like I may be approaching it and don’t want to go over before they revamp the store. Thank you!

I wonder why it has a cap to begin with.

its 100% because of hoarding. If you don't put a cap then you end up with your highest tier players who outgrow the rewards shop, hoarding their currency waiting for the next shop update that improves the value of their currency. If there is the ability to hoard, when the shop gets updated, design has to take into account that people are sitting on millions of currency, which ends up with prices being created at higher targets than if the economy was capped. Thus immediately creating a problem that items are over priced in the store once people people use up their hoarded balance.

So by keeping all players in a specific range, they can update the store without having to take into account stored currency balances and keep the stores more balanced in updates going forward.
