Missing crystals

So anyone know how I can report this I spent 4k units on cav crystals been 20 minutes and still nothing.I also can't report this in support as my email isn't supported even though its the linked with my account.

Btw mate I sent a ticket to kabam and they asked for some info so I gave it and they haven't responded since 9am
