Valkyrie not working as intended against Luke cage once skirmish charges are over

Hi , I am currently doing abyss path 2 ,Valkyrie isn’t working as intended against Luke cage .she worked fine till skirmish charges were present and able to hit Luke cage even unstoppable was there as I had 3 pierce charges , but same isn’t working once skirmish charges are finished. Not sure what’s the problem here . As I am aware there is no ability accuracy issue here .

It seems they're working on rintrah rn cause holy hell there's like 8 bugs in his kit listed
