Tigra’s neautralize not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
Kabam for the past few days I have been using tigra, nimrod and hyperion for some odd reason are gaining buffs still and Tigra is not stoping it from procing. Plz fix this since its basically useless to use her now

    If it's a node that says ability tiggers 200% more often then tigra won't work because neutralize basically reduces ability to trigger buff and since that ability is increased by nodes then she won't work. An example of this is in 8.2.6 where tigra doesn't work.
