Hercules Immortality Not working in AW

I have noticed in last few wars that Hercules is not triggering immortality on multiple nodes. During current war with 10 feats of strength, he was KO'd with a heavy attack. He also has been KO'd with SP1 and SP2.
His immortality has been spotty at best in the last several AW's.
Has he been nerfed in war? He seems ok during quests.
