I got kicked out unreasonably

I was kicked out by my alliance while I was traveling to a place for job reasons, I was the second place in BG points in all of the alliance, I'd like to know if I can still get them, because I had a similar problem last year and cannot afford Christmas rewards because I re-joined the alliance and didn't know I shouldn't.
