Unable to collect battleground season complete rewards

After pressing collect nothing happens

Game will not allow me to collect

I cannot claim my rewards I press claim nothing happens and when I go to stash im missing my 7* shards and still won’t let me claim

Same issue guys so you guys able to claim it now or its still in stash ?

They said a week which is ridiculous

New season has started and still waiting on last season.
