My Battle grounds solo ranking and aw rewards are still unable to claim, still keeps on floating... anyone having same issue? im using android phone. How can it be fixed?

    I already claimed the other 2 but the solo ranking I am unable to claim.

    Can anybody help or give advice, would appreciate it. im unable to post a screenrecord it says file not allowed
