Uc player with low rating?

A player recently joined my ally, and uc so I fine with it. But after looking at their profile, they have a 3k prestige and 4* max herc as their best champ. Their other top champs are r1 6* thanos and r1 5* thanos. Their 3rd best champ is also max quicksilver. I'm not sure if that's possible or not, so if someone like the team or other people tell me, I'd really appreciate it. It just made me confused.

    Well my attacker for the Collecter was a R4 4 star Sabretooth so I'm pretty sure Herc could have done it.

    Wasn't the collector originally done with 4* without Herc? So yes, it's possible.
