AQ Scoring Question

We're trying to determine if it makes sense for our alliance to keep running 5/4/4 or step up to 5/5/4.

For background, we definitely have the strength to clear 5/5/5 even, but our problem is participation.

So what I'm hoping to find out, is would we get more points from exploration of 5/4/4, or completion only runs of 5/5/4?

Does anyone know of any sites that break down the scoring to give me a better idea of expectations ahead of time?

You should get more points with 5/5/5 even if you don’t 100% every map as long as every boss goes down.
