Hercules bugged in Incursion

I was playing incursion, I noticed that after zone 4, my Hercules got only 9 charges. And then I came to know that he is not getting any charges from heavy attacks.
It only happened in incursion. In story mode all normal.

You probably got the hack that extends stun by 50%. You only get the feat if they aren't stunned so normally you don't get it on the first hit of heavy but do on the second. With extended stun you have to hold heavy for a while so that the stun expires between the first and second hit.
