Side quest

Ok, so I have more than an adequate roster to complete threat lvl5 on this months side quest compared to previous ones, yet this month I have used my entire stash of revives on threat lvl4…. Even had to resort to spending units just to complete it…..my main gripe about this is I just fought a Doc Oc on the second node…he had 2% health left and had enough power for a special 3, I was in the middle of a combo with a rank 4 6* CGR which should’ve KO’d this Doc Oc, but in the middle of my combo he fired off a special 3….how and why is this possible?

    Isn't that the one where they go unstoppable if you are close to them, guessing that happened.
