Relics of 2 accounts are getting mixed up

So i play 2 accounts on 1 device ( ios) iphone 12.
& whenever i login to other account & go to relics tab it shows some of the relics n champ binded to them which I don't even have in that account.
.
I tried multiple times of restarting , although it solves temporarily but again happens when i log back to other account

    Woah, that's definitely strange.

    I'll take it to the team, but I wanted to clarify I understand the situation.

    You have X Relics on account A and they're showing up on account B? Or the Champs and equipped Relics from account A are showing up on account B?

    it has happened to me, too. I'll log into an alt account and it shows the relic and champ it is equipped to on my main account

    It feels like a visual bug. It happens to me fairly often when moving relics around on my alts. I do have to completely reset the game after Logging out of one account before logging into another one and messing with relics. It definitely makes it look like you have a bunch of unattached relics, or even relics you don’t have.

    Stuff like this has happened to me before over the years as well. Profile pic from account A will be the profile pic on account B when switching accounts (even if account B doesn't have that profile picture unlocked). That one goes away and is just a visual glitch

    One that wasn't just visual was one of the anniversary titles. I think it was the "Asgardian Warrior" title from account A that somehow managed to unlock on account B when switching over. Account B had access to that title permanently, even though account B wasn't old enough to receive that title normally

    EDIT: Can't remember exactly, but now that I think about it, this might've happened during the last anniversary event. Got the title on account A as it should have, then signed into account B and the game sent that account the title as well

    My mini account was showing the relics my main account had, on champs that aren’t in my mini accounts roster.

    When I went to my roster to unbind or view any of the relic details, It showed a question mark where the champs profile picture was instead of the champ. I had taken a few screenshots last week but deleted them because I figured it was a waste of time to post about it.

    Was easy for me to trigger again just now on my iPhone 12.
    iOS 16.5.1

    Happens when I switched from my main acct to my mini.

    The only champ on my roster shown below is the 4* Dr Doom. I don’t have any of those 5* or 6*s

    @Kabam Jax , there had/have been instances over the years too of different accounts showing CATS from their different account as well.

    Thought to maybe be Cached data on their device, that gets carried over between logging into different accounts.
