Unstopable on BG

Has this happened to more of you, in BG while the opponent is stagered (i was using Doom) he can still react like if he was unstopable before it is removed by the stagger

    Stagger doesn't instantly remove buffs, so there is a tiny window where the opponent is unstoppable before it gets removed
