Lady Deathstrike Bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
If im correct Lady Deathstrike is immune to ability accuracy modification, I fought her against domino and recieved some crit damage failure. Am I missing something?

    I don’t believe all of lady deathstrike’s abilities have a 100% chance to occur. So if one of those fails simply by chance domino will inflict crit failure

    Crit failure happens when anything fails to trigger for any reason. Lady Deathstrike has a 20% chance to lose an armor up when she takes a blocked hit while in Ferocity so when she doesn't lose an armor up after parrying, as shown in the screenshot, she will take crit failure damage.
