MS_ID_UI_OK error message mid fight

Was doing a path in shooting stars quest, when this error message came up:



I had done a few fights on the path before and nothing came up, seemed a bit strange to me. Retried the fight once and got the same message. Anyone getting the same issue?

I got the same error, but when I want to improve a character
