Should an alliance member be allowed to send you potions during a regular quest?

Pretty sure its called the gifting badge already?

Yeah, I'm not sure what the point of this poll is. Are you suggesting that alliance members be able to freely send gifts to other alliance members without the badge? This needs clarity.
