Kabam has Reworked Hulk, Black Panther (classic) Buffed Magneto & so many others
They even REWORKED MILES MORALES
Captain America is near useless.. even if its something simple like an AUTO BLOCK Orcan Block UNBLOCKABLES.. or UNBLOCKABLES shield throw.. he just needs something to give him a little but of an Edge

    I agree with you. Maybe a big armor break for his L2. Also I think any champion with a shield in front of them should have an aura damage reduction. (Mephisto, omega red, etc)
