Make elders marks go into overflow.

For people who play BG’s a lot this would be helpful and beneficial. it’s odd that you can just make units disappear by buying elders marks and not receiving anything if you’re maxed out. At least double it 18k or something. Or make BG’s elder mark costs cheaper to fight.

    Not necessary when you can go all the way through VT and stay at 9k due to progression and alliance rewards
