Karnak appears to be skill visually - because they haven’t come up with some combo skill/cosmic logo - BUT, he is indeed, for mcoc purposes somehow both and requires both skill and cosmic mats for rank up.

Since he’s an inhuman who was never exposed to the terrigen mists they made him skill but threw in the cosmic cats as a neat easter egg

you still need 7 t4cc but they’re not all of the same class
