No Test of Valor since maintenance?

Has anyone else not gotten a Test of Valor quest since the maintenance last night? I know it is random, but we have a very active alliance and have never gone all day without one since Valor went live.

We're on our 3rd already. One triggered within a couple of hours afterwards last night, then two more today.
