This is absolutely ridiculous guys, you knew you made huge mistake and still chose to drop the new update despite KNOWING yalls reputation for creating game ruining bugs literally EVERY SINGLE UPDATE.


So now yall bots are worried about fixing arena when you should be fixing our rewards.

Me and a few others have decided if this isnt fixed by friday we will be issuing a charge back on kabam, which in my case will just save me the trouble of ever spending with this shady company again. Very bad taste left in my mouth from this dealing, kabam does NOT care when this is resolved as long as they are holding our money.

Remove this thread and ill instantly be charging back all my money🤷‍♀️

It takes time to pull the data of literally millions of accounts to check if they were affected by the bug, and then make sure they get their proper rewards back.

You really don't want the whales to be able to double dip on those rewards they already got.

Here's the problem, kabam hasn't said anything to us. Even a "we're working on identifying which people qualify for these rewards and will be sending out everything once we do so" There has been complete silence on this matter from kabam. At this point I don't want to say the C word but compensation might be warranted. I have no idea what it would look like but we spent units to get something that was promised last week, now we've lost out on a week of better BGs thanks to kabams laziness and lack of communication
