Battlegrounds connection and matchmaking bugs

Developers, I hope you are having a good afternoon.
I trust that you guys are planning a good compensation for the bugs in which a supposed "bad connection" doesn't allow us to fight in the Battlegrounds, I have to restart the game and this system counts the first fight as a loss.
Curiously and personally I don't have any connection problems when I restart the game and also in any other mode of the game. If it happened to my opponent the same times that it happened to me, I can count it as an even deal. It is not the case
Adding to this annoying problem of yours, the matchmaking is completely broken, also personally the accounts I've fought against are similar to or much stronger than me. I don't even lose to KO, but instead I can't kill their defenders because they have much more health and it takes me even longer because their attackers have too much power for my defenders
Without wanting to offend, I think it is outrageous that I, as a player, am spending resources that do not return rewards and pts for the mission of BG, WHEN THE BUGS I EXPERIENCE ARE NOT MY FAULT.
I need to know what can be done, because this unfair treatment is not recent, it started months ago and I can't take it anymore, that's why I opened my account in these forums.
