8.2.3 - Not gaining Retaliate Furies on thorns lane

I have tried Mangog with Spider-Man 99 and Cassie… neither one gains furies when blocking specials.
CapIW gained one on 25% of the hits it seemed. Out of frustration, i threw AA in before quitting out and was gaining furies as intended.

Is something off or are the science champs I am using nerfing the interaction in some way with their abilities?

Just tried it out, the effects are fury buffs, and s99 is immune to buffs. I believe it’s the same deal for Cassie.

Try ibom/scorp/qs/torch.

Ah, ok. So used to seeing those effects show up in the brackets even on buff immune champs that it didn’t occur to me they were just basic buffs. Thanks for the help
