Having visual issues

in Bugs and Known Issues
Im on a android since the last couple updates I'm having missing visuals with certain champs. The most annoying is Penni Parkers shield is missing when blocking. Others are in specials like Squirrel girls the squirrels aren't there...lol. This has been like this for almost couple months now. Please Please can I get some eyes on this and get a fix soon. Thanks

    Also noticed Wongs block visuals are not the same something is missing from it.

    What phone are you using because those graphics look extremely low quality for this game even for an android
