Side quest

Ok, what am I missing ?
The “Energy Harvest” event is in the “Completed” tab and it shows I’ve claimed all the milestones, so how do I get into the Side Quest ? Am I missing something ?

It's supposed to reset each Wed of the EQ month. However for some reason it didn't yet.
