why does this keep happening

I’m writing this almost 1 hour after the weekly Wednesday update, the milestones for the entry’s to the side quest reset today. However they are missing for me,the same thing happened last week and I passed it over just because there was a lot of glitches. This is the second time,is there anything I can do or do I just wait or submit a ticket?
