Kate Bishop Awakened Ability not working

I used generic awakening gem on Kate Bishop and took her to sig 30.

Her awakened ability description says that her Dialed In passive increses by 1 and also subsequently increses by 1 for every 100 sig lvl.

But I am only able to get 2 stacks of 'Dialed in' passive which is same as her unawakened version. I should be able to get 3 Dialed in passive on awakening right? Is this a bug or am I wrong in understanding her awakened ability?

Before anyone asks this I would like to mention that I am getting perfect release every time.

This was my 7th or 8th perfect release in a row but still I have only 2 dialed in passive.

My alliance buddy who has a sig 20 Kate Bishop is getting 3 diailed in passive though.

my sig 100 kate gets 4 dialed in passives.. not seeing this issue vs ol wintersoldier.

Mine's working just fine, I got 3 dialed in passives and she's not sig 100.

I have this very same issue!
My r4 Kate Bishop was working as intended. After I ranked her to 5 and ascended, she won't go past 2 dialed in passives... Her damage actually decreased after this rank up. Any update on your case? Did you throw in more stones at her sig level?
