Cavalier in gladiators circuit

Recently pushed to gladiators circuit as a cavalier, almost thronebreaker with a pretty solid roster. (No r4's, but a couple R3's and R2's, all solid champs). But now with the change where next season i will also start in gladiators circuit, im kind of worried i wont get the normal progression rewards like the tokens as they will be in the solo event, and it will be a lot harder for me to win in gc.

    Nobody starts the season in the gladiators circuit.

    im pretty sure this was a new feature starting for this season transitioning into next season?

    There is a new process, yea, but you’re pretty far off what it actually is. Accounts will start at Bronze 3, Silver 3 or Gold 3 depending on the story progression of the account.

    I've actually been thinking about this a bit. I have no idea how they're going to separate the players who earned their way up the ladder from those given a free pass to Plat 2 with the seeding next season. I'll guess there's gonna be a lot of sad Cad and TBs next season when they start in the same bracket as actual BG players.

    Unless there has been new information released since that livestream, then the Seeding system will work based on where you place in BGs, and not story progression. For example, those that make it to Plat might start in Silver, those that make GC might start in Gold or Plat. The seeding system also could be based off of placement in GC alone.

    I could be running on outdated information here, but from my understanding, this is how they coined it in that livestream awhile ago

    It’s possible that I am misremembering as well. Either way, no one is starting in the gladiators circuit, we at least know that much.
