Advice needed please

I posted something similar to this a while back, and since then i have gotten some more champs. Need advice on who i should level/rank up to get uncollected and beat act 5. Also, which one of my 4 stars should i awaken? Im thinking either kitty or nick, but cant decide. Thank you.
