Sound issues

I’m having sound problems with the game on both apple and android platforms. I’ve tried closing and restarting both the game and the devices and the problem persists. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the game and it still persists. Is there anything else I can do to resolve the issue? The background music plays, but none of the sound effects work. Pressing buttons, opening crystals, using special attacks, parry, ect, no so sound.
