Any thoughts on who to rank up to r4 next? Galan is my only r4 so far.

Lots of good options. Some contenders for me, in no order:
Tigra, valkerie, Domino, Kitty, Warlock, Venom, Bishop, Fantman, shocker, wolverine, spot

    Since you already have a Cosmic R4, I'd go with someone else other than CGR or Venom. I'd recommend Kitty for her utility and damage and since you also have Tigra.
