How good of a deal is this?

Only saw these rank up gems now and few hours left.

Only spend on the big deal events because any deals outside of those are terrible in comparison.

They were just selling 4-5 gems plus all the other stuff for $100 now want to charge $100 for just a 3-4 rank up gem makes no sense.
