Is it a AW bug?

I'm not even in war, then why it is showing im in freaking war?
Is anyone else facing that issue?

It's how persistent placement works. Your champs are locked in AW but can be used everywhere but AQ.

Are you able to change RELICS on those persistent defenders ?
Or is that locked also, like they are locked out of AQ ?
