account was hacked then i got it back but turns out they were using a third party app and it got suspended. I got the acc back due to changing password and email but they won’t un-suspend me even tho i bought summoner sigil and the battle pass and have no value. The funny part is they won’t refund me for it and are know leaving me on sent and not responding to my emails. what should i do, j wanted to bring this to light about how lame they are ( i’ve been playing since 2016 and have spent hundreds of dollars)

You probably gave your info out to someone, not their fault that you bought these deals while your account was hacked

Do you have any proof it got hacked?

I don’t know if they can track login in locations or devices but you could ask them to look at that data to verify it was someone else logging in to your account and not you when the TOS violation occurred.

well was in the process of changing my email and password but i mean if they could do that i’m sure they would see a login that’s not me. I had rewards for arenas and i know for a fact i didn’t touch arenas and that’s about it and some minor story progression.

I honestly don't know how anyone's account can be "hacked" without having given someone your login info. All your stuff is stored on your device. Sounds like you're trying to get around being banned for using an emulator or something.

I'm not sure it's worth a hackers time, but it's absolutely reasonable to assume an MCOC account can be hacked. It's a login ID and a password, it's not a fingerprint of retinal scan. People use bots to farm arena and BGs. Do you really think someone couldn't create a bot that tries account names and passwords until they bust through?

I guess i’m just saying to trust me i wouldn’t hack i’ve been playing this game for 6 years and love it, plus playing a online game mode with a hack just seems dumb to me.

But you don't login with an account name. You login with an email and password. You'd have to know the email used for that specific account, an email that is only stored on your device. Outside of that, why this account? Why not people at the top? If they had the power to hack accounts like that, why wouldn't you go after big accounts?

These posts about being "hacked" are never accounts that are in Plat1 to Masters or Top 10 AQ. They are low to mid level accounts.

I mean sure, i'm sure there's tracker software someone has out there that can be downloaded to phones like on computers but are MCOC accounts really that desirable vs other information out there? The math ain't mathing.

i mean i’m confused to on why my account it’s not horrible though and i’m decent but still for sure… but i feel like it would be fun to just take a random acc and play it ig some passwords also would be easier to get a ai to get if you deep dived me you could honestly figure out my login if your bot is good enough.. should probably find better passwords to lol

If you really care that much you could get a refund via apple/Google play. Since you'll never get the account back. I had 2 accounts originally, and my main one is now inactive for nearly 2 years because it got hacked because my email address was shown on LINE app 😂 ended up refunding the few hundred I spent and turned my then alt into the main I use today.

That being said, I doubt you were hacked and then banned for using 3rd party. Mine was just hacked and left dormant.

I think you will find that your main problem is right there. Irrespective of MCOC, go and change your passwords on every site you use and for the love of whatever deity you may or may not follow, don't use the same password.

And talk to Support. They may be able to help, they may not, but it's worth a try. They may have more information that you do.

So a “hacker” got your account and decided, “Hey, I am going to use 3rd party software to screw with this person”. I dont know why Kabam wouldn’t believe that. I mean it is completely more plausible than, say, you worked with a merc to do some content for you and got caught. That stuff NEVER happens in this game.

If account is perma ban, raise support request for refund giving whatever reason to Google or apple support for all payments done ever. (Not sure u will get all back though)Create new account, be cautious and don't mod and keep credentials safe . Good luck
