Smells like AQ Map 9

Just a guess, but maybe reducing attack of Map 8 bosses is to allow for larger attack in Map 9 bosses?

Considering the amount of alliances that dont even bother to run map 8 because the glory store is awful, map 9 wouldnt be a good idea until the store is heavily buffed

My guess is Map 9 will launch with the glory store update.

If you have fought that scorpion, you'd know about the like 50k crit mediums that scorpion is capable of. 1 mistake meant instant death in most scenarios from what I've heard

I have fought and solo'd him (mostly with NF or Herc) many times. I guess I just assumed a boss should hit hard.

AQ doesn't need new maps
It needs a very significant amount of bump in rewards
Even a slight bump won't cut it since the rewards are already extremely outdated

delete AQ for good ...most boring , lame , monotonous game mode since rewards are hot garbage and what's more frustrating is that Kabam themselves know it and still refuse to buff the rewards.

Make it equal to BG store rewards and everyone will enjoy AQ.

I have least faith that it will be upto the mark ... ofcourse Kabam can't impress everyone but if it's not equal to current BG store , i would still say it's gonna be hot garbage .

AQ heh. Great topic. My alliance plays 666 - AQ is the most repetitive mode in the game. I don’t get why people pay resources to play higher maps. I mean I pay automatically with boredom and my time for this almost redundant mode.

AQ is totally outdated, the store needs a massive update

People still play aq map 8? Yikes. There is no materials in that store worth a damn, when you can get them for cheaper in BG store and easier.

I would much rather they stop making things easier and instead make them more difficult with better rewards. I realize that they need to cater to players who started after act 6 and just did an initial clear with a r4 6* Hercules and they aren't as skilled and can't handle difficult content. But it really seems like they are pushing out the smaller group of players who explored act 6 before it was nerfed three times and we had access to champions like herc, Kitty, apoc. When there is a new progression i hope they make it very difficult for players still wanting a challenge.

It needs way more than that. It needs variety, it needs refreshed, it needs something fun about doing it. The poke feature needs to go. It needs a lot.

Why does the Poke need to go? Personally I think it's useful to kick some members back into gear when they're slacking.

But sure, it could be A LOT more useful if:

- the poke lasts until the poked player actually logs in. It's often pointless that it only lasts some forty odd minutes.

- Officers should be able to poke members in all battlegroups.

It is just a try to make those bosses less punishing (personally i dont think it was enough), but no, it isnt a sign of Map9. AQ is the least enjoyable mode, and i hope they dont spend a lot of resources making a new map. They are definitely hard at work with the new changes they said they will hopefully give deadlines about in the coming months.
