Chill, active, adult alliance (Map 5, Gold 2, BG encouraged) looking for two

We are an organized alliance of mature adults who love to play this game, and strive to be successful as possible, while still recognizing and respecting the idea that sometimes people have more important/other things to do.
In AQ, two groups are currently doing Map 5 while the other does Map 3, so we can be competitive, yet offer an option for those that might have occasional obligations that prevent them from constant participation.
We use a similar system for war: Set Battlegroups, designated defenders, but with somewhat flexible attack strategy to keep us competitive but allow for life. (Gold III)
We’re constantly improving in Battlegrounds, but it’s not a requirement.
We have a TON of knowledge and experience and love to help each other get better.
Line use is a must, as communication is the key.
