Incinerate immunity not working

Using Infamous IM, Mephisto is lighting me up with incinerate. Making the Hades quest way harder than it should be.

iDoom is only incinerate immune while he has his Armor Up buff. Mephisto gets rid of buffs on the opponent at the start of the fight
